Community Development 2017

The City's Role

The Community Development Division supports the development and preservation of affordable housing in Colorado Springs. Increasing the supply of affordable housing through new construction, acquisition and rehabilitation, and preservation of the existing affordable housing stock is a core goal of the Division. The City of Colorado Springs is not a housing provider, but we work with community partners to make sure the resources we have go as far as possible.
